Responsibilities

• Handle phone and SMS enquiries and tracking of appointments
• Confirm, schedule and/or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patients
• Follow up calls/SMS
• Receive and greet patients on arrival, confirming treatment and registering patients
• Data entry of patient information in the system
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
• Process payments using different payment modes
