Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with enquiries at the clinic.
• Handle patient registration, appointment bookings and billing.
• Guide patients on using healthcare mobile apps and self-service facilities.
• Assist with basic health checks, including height and blood pressure measurements.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operation.
