Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore invites qualified candidates for the position of Patient Service Associate / Clinic Customer Service / Clinic Receptionist. Salary up to $3,400 per month, with AWS and performance bonuses. Multiple locations in the West Region, staggered office hours, and a focus on patient care and service

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Passionate to work in Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist & attend to visitors' enquiries.
• Promote and educate patients on the use of mobile applications and self-help functions, onboarding into nationwide healthcare initiatives.
• Facilitate and plan programmes, liaise with vendors, manage logistics and schedules for programmes.
• Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Manage patients’ general enquiries and screen patients’ general condition.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Frontline operations, assist patient registration, bookings of appointments and billing duties.
