MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a staff member to handle front-line patient registrations, appointment bookings and customer inquiries via email or phone. You will support doctors during reviews and provide backend clerical and data-entry assistance to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role is based in the West Region of Singapore with basic monthly salary around SGD 3,000 plus potential increments and a competitive healthcare setting. Shortlisting applies.

Responsibilities

• Registration for patient & appointment booking
• Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
• Assist doctors during the review consultation
• Backend support duties, assist in the clerical and data entry
