MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is hosting a mass interview on 14 November for clinic support roles in Singapore.

We welcome applicants with customer-facing experience to greet patients, assist with enquiries, registrations, bookings and billing. You’ll help patients use health apps and perform basic checks, supporting daily clinic operations. Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with enquiries at the clinic
• Handle patient registration, appointment bookings and billing
• Guide patients on using healthcare mobile apps and self-service facilities
• Assist with basic health checks, including height and blood pressure measurements
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operation
