Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a clinic support staff to manage front desk duties at rotating locations including Farrer Park, Novena, Napier and Orchard.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, with Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm; salary SGD 2,500–2,800 per month, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include registration, appointment bookings, and patient phone calls using the clinic system; provide pre-operation advice; follow up with doctors and staff to complete

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare improves chances.
• Experience in clinic setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls using clinic system.
• Provide pre-operation advice for patients.
• Follow up with doctors or staff to complete required information.
• Assist doctors with chaperone and other medical procedures.
• Train and guide new and junior staff.
• Perform daily counter closing and flag discrepancies to supervisors.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.
