Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support clinical front desk operations at multiple locations: Farrer Park, Novena, Napier and Orchard on a rotating roster.

The role offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts as well. You will manage registrations, bookings, and calls, provide pre-operation advice to patients, assist doctors and clinic staff, and participate in daily counter closing while ensuring smooth clinic workflow and patient

Qualifications

• Min 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinic.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle registration, appointment bookings and phone inquiries using the clinic system.
• Provide pre-operation advice for patients.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to complete required information.
• Assist doctors during procedures as chaperone and support.
• Help train and guide new staff.
• Close daily counters and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
