The Straits Eye Centre in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Executive to ensure smooth operations, create a welcoming environment, and support both our medical team and patients.

You will manage appointments, handle billing and Medisave submissions, maintain patient records, and provide front desk support while coordinating with doctors and staff to optimise workflow. Compliance with clinic policies and data confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance patient experience.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing patient needs with care and efficiency
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and registration with a friendly approach
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and Medisave submissions accurately
• Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
• Provide front desk support, assisting with patient inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and staff to optimize workflow
• Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are well-stocked
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements
