Job summary

The Straits Eye Centre in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Executive to ensure smooth operations, create a welcoming environment, and support both our medical team and patients.

You will manage patient appointments, registrations, billing and insurance submissions (Medisave), maintain confidential records, handle front desk inquiries, coordinate with doctors and staff, and supervise clinic inventory to ensure compliant, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Healthcare Management or related field required.
• Experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
