Job summary

BELFIELD MEDICAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a patient-facing Clinic Support/Administrative Assistant to help manage patient flow and support physicians.

You will register patients, check eligibility for government and corporate benefits, update CMS benefits, and assist with minor procedures, with a focus on accuracy, empathy and teamwork. This role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work across shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to work shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Minimum GCE 'N' levels.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technology savvy and computer-literate.
• Experience in hospitality or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages advantageous.
• Familiarity with clinic management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic is in working order before each shift.
• Ensure petty cash balance and POS readiness.
• Register patients and check eligibility with government and corporate benefits.
• Update TPA benefits in CMS to streamline post-consult and payments.
• Dispense medications with correct dosing and administration.
• Assist clinicians in minor procedures and act as chaperone.
• Perform minor procedures (e.g., ECG) and record vitals in CMS.
• Help patients book follow-up appointments and schedule visits.
• Assist with sterilisation of devices and equipment.
• Scan and transmit referrals, labs and radiology to the patient portal or CMS.
