Job summary

Live Well Chiropractic Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to join our Sengkang clinic on a part-time basis. You will greet patients, manage the front desk, handle bookings and registrations, and support chiropractors with clinic flow.

Responsibilities include billing, cashiering, and general admin to keep daily operations running smoothly. The role requires reliability, a service mindset, and the ability to work alternating weekend and weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Warm, people-oriented, and genuinely service-minded.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• A team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks.
• Able to commit to at least 1 weekend shift and 1 weekday half shift weekly.
• Prior experience in healthcare is a bonus, but not required.

Clinic Assistant / Receptionist — Live Well Chiropractic Singapore Sengkang, North East Singapore | Part Time Position Available

Part Time Position

$12 - $13/hour

Minimum commitment: 1 weekend shift + 1 weekday half shift per week (more hours can be discussed based on your availability)

• Flexible bi-weekly scheduling
• Shift types available:

1. Full shift:10am – 9pm (with 1.5hr lunch break)
2. Half shift:AM (10am – 2:00pm) or PM (3:30pm – 9pm)
3. Weekend shift:10am – 6pm

Clinic Operating Hours

• Mon - Fri: 10am – 2pm & 3:30pm – 9pm
• Sat & Sun: 10am – 6pm
• Closed on Public Holidays
