Job summary

Reform Chiropractic PTE. LTD. in Serangoon is seeking a proactive clinic administrator to help us deliver high-quality holistic care to our local community.

You will support day-to-day operations, manage bookings, handle invoicing, and assist with translation when needed (Mandarin typically). Strong communication, multitasking and a creative mindset for promoting chiropractic wellbeing are essential. We offer a base salary with incentives, a 4.5 day work week, and opportunities to train and grow

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic/health settings preferred but not required.

Job description

We are holistic Chiropractic clinic based in Serangoon looking for like-minded individuals to help us provide the best quality of care to the community of patients that we have worked hard over the years to build and nurture.

Your key duties will involve:

• Managing day-to-day operations together with other staff members.

• Dealing with appointment bookings and scheduling.

• Managing invoices and package payments.

• Assist in any communication and translation if necessary (mandarin usually)

• Assist in monitoring and helping patients with any traction or simple rehabilitation exercises.

• Contribute and assist with social media.

• Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic (there is a small well-maintained washroom in the clinic).

• Assist the clinic in it's mission to create a community of abundance and wellness.

To be suitable for this role we need someone with a few key traits:

• A positive attitude and a desire to truly help individuals achieve greater health and well-being.

• The ability to communicate confidently face to face and over phone/email/messaging.

• The ability to multitask.

• Creativity to help us come up with ideas to promote chiropractic and well-being inside the clinic but also via social media.

• Leading a healthy lifestyle of their own.

Previous in experience in a clinic/health settings is preferred but not a must as knowledge in exercises, anatomy etc. is helpful but we are more than willing to train the right candidate as it is an important part of the job to understand the how and why we recommend and treat the way we do.
