Bay Aesthetics Clinic, located at Marina Bay Financial Center, is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our modern aesthetic and laser clinic. You will be the first point of contact for clients and support doctors and therapists to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to treatment.

Ideal candidates hold an O-Level/ Diploma/ Certificate in Nursing or Beauty Therapy, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum O-Level / Diploma / Certificate in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
• Prior experience in a medical aesthetics or beauty clinic preferred (training provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to learn about skincare, laser, and aesthetic procedures.

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins).
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each client.

• Handle payments, billing, and basic administrative duties.
• Maintain inventory of skincare products and clinic supplies.
