Job summary

Bayclinic, a modern aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Singapore, is seeking a friendly Clinic Receptionist to join our team. Located in Marina Bay, the role supports patient flow, appointments, and front-desk operations in a fast-growing clinic.

You will greet patients, manage inquiries via phone, email, or chat, assist with registrations, and help maintain a smooth daily clinic environment, including room preparation and basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic centre, beauty spa, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
• Warm, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking to patients and explaining basic treatment information.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work evenings or weekends based on clinic schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins.
• Guide patients through the registration and check-in process.
• Assist in maintaining smooth daily clinic operations.
• Prepare treatment rooms when needed.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic assistants for patient flow.
• Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Update patient records accurately.
• Manage inventory for clinic consumables.
• Support basic marketing and admin tasks when required.

Job description

Location: Marina Bay Financial Center (nearest MRT Downtown)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: SGD $2,800-3,000

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and organized reception area

Administrative Duties

• Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation
• Update patient records accurately
• Manage inventory for clinic consumables
• Support basic marketing and admin tasks when required
• Weekly stocktake
• Product purchase and delivery
