Job summary

OGL Medical Centers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable frontline staff to deliver patient-focused service and support the clinic's day-to-day operations.

You will schedule appointments, register patients, answer inquiries, process medical insurances and payments, assist doctors and nurses, maintain inventory and perform light housekeeping. Mandarin and English are preferred to liaise with our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; Mandarin preferred to liaise with our Chinese patients.
• Minimum 1 year of related field experience.
• Knowledge of medical insurance processing is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to patients.
• Schedule appointments and register patients.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries from patients.
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection.
• Assist doctors and nurses in the consultation room.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Perform simple housekeeping and ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• To have knowledge in medical insurance processing will be an advantage
• Basic computer skills is needed
• Able to work independently
• Able to commit at least 3 months for temp role
