Job summary

KF EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS is hiring a friendly Customer Service Assistant for a medical clinic located in Novena / Orchard, Singapore. You will be the first contact, handling inquiries, registrations and front desk duties to ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include cashiering, assisting with dispensary tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is reliable, bilingual, and works well in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Prior customer service/front desk/clinic experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; well-groomed; team player.

WE'RE HIRING - CUSTOMER SERVICE Assistant

Location: Novena / Orchard, Singapore

Gross Salary: SGD $2,000 - $2,700

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Off Day: Sunday & Public Holidays

Looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-service-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join an established clinic team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Attend to incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
• Welcome and assist clients/patients at the front desk
• Handle client registration and maintain accurate customer records
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant customer experience

Cashiering & Dispensary

• Perform cashiering and payment collection duties
• Assist with dispensing products/medications according to clinic procedures
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels
• Sort, count and replenish product stocks
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dispensary area
• Handle purchase orders and delivery orders
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• Candidates with relevant customer service / front desk / clinic experience preferred
• Mature, trustworthy, friendly and customer-oriented
• Preferably bilingual to communicate with different customers
• Well-groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
