Job summary

You will assist with room preparation, handle inquiries, and liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients when needed. The role welcomes applicants with no prior experience and offers a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N or O Level qualification.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
