Job summary

JobStudio Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Patient Registration & Admissions professional to register and update patient particulars in the hospital system while handling outpatient appointments and transfers.

You will verify subsidies/insurance eligibility, assist at the front desk, and guide patients through clinic processes, queues, and billing procedures; you will also support daily admin and data integrity in HMIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level.

Responsibilities

• Register and update patient particulars accurately in the hospital system
• Process outpatient appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Verify patient eligibility for subsidies, insurance, and financial assistance schemes
• Attend to patient and visitor enquiries at the counter, phone, or via digital channels
• Guide patients on clinic processes, waiting times, and next steps
• Manage queue systems and ensure smooth patient flow across service areas
• Prepare and explain bills to patients, including MediShield Life, Medisave, and insurance claims
• Process payments and handle basic billing discrepancies
• Liaise with finance teams on complex billing matters
• Maintain accurate records and update patient data in hospital management systems
• Coordinate with clinical teams to support smooth daily operations
• Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned
