O2 Lung Centre Pte Ltd is seeking energetic individuals to join our group of specialist clinics at multiple locations. Play a key role in delivering quality care and smooth clinic operations, including front desk duties, patient registration, appointments, billing, and coordinating investigation schedules.

Ideal candidates have good interpersonal skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to 5.5 day work week.
• Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations (Central Singapore) when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
• Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate investigation/procedure schedules, etc.
• Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filing system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc.
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Influenza Test, etc.)
• Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
