Job summary

CHIROPRACTIC SOLUTIONS GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a vibrant individual to deliver exceptional client service in our clinic.

You will handle phone, email and walk-in enquiries, schedule appointments, manage daily doctor schedules and clinic operations, and balance daily sales with end-of-day closing. You will support doctors in the treatment room, assist with New Patient orientation, carry out basic health screenings, and prepare reports of findings to explain clinic policies and treatment

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone, email and walk-in enquiries.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Manage doctors' daily schedules and clinic operations.
• Handle payments, petty cash, stock movements and clinic consumables; perform end-of-day closing.
• Assist doctors in the consultation/treatment room and support New Patient orientation.
• Explain clinic policies and treatment options, and prepare reports of findings.

Job description

See to the smooth running of the clinic and provide high level client service and engagement.

• Attend to phone-in, email-in and walk-in enquiries
• Schedule appointment for patients
• Manage doctors daily schedule
• Manage payment, petty cash, stock movements, and clinic consumables
• Balance daily sales for clinic/doctor (End of the day closing)

Patient Care;

• Assist doctors in the consultation/treatment room
• Execute and administer \"New Patient\" procedure (A brief New Patient orientation will be conducted, carry out simple health screenings for the New Patient such as bilateral weight exam and posture check).
• Execute and administer \"Report of Findings\" procedure (prepare x-rays, explain clinic policies and procedures, explain the clinic financial plans to fund their treatment, etc).
