Job summary

Faircare Family Clinic (Clementi) is hiring a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and patient care. The role involves triage, registration, appointment scheduling, dispensing medications, and basic clinical support as needed.

Excellent English and Mandarin are essential, with flexibility to work across locations if required. The position offers a 42-hour work week with night and weekend sessions, and benefits including CPF and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to work at different locations (MacPherson, Yishun) if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic.
• Answering phone calls and simple patient data filing.
• Cashiering: payment collection and filing for relevant claims.
• Patient care: triage, registration, book appointments and dispense medications.
• Clinical: chaperoning doctors, taking basic measurements and assisting bedside procedures if required.
• Inventory: monitor stock levels and order medicines.
• Housekeeping: maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.

Clinic Assistant

Location: Faircare Family Clinic (Clementi) S120345

Working hour: 42 hours per week (at least 2-3 night sessions + 1 weekend session)

Our opening hours:

Weekday: Daytime: 8:30am - 1:00pm; 2:00pm – 5:00pm. Night: 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

Weekends: 8:30am - 1:00pm (Sat & Sun)

Public Holiday: closed

Job Responsibilities:

• General: ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
• Administrative: answering phone calls, simple patient data filing
• Cashiering: payment collection, filing for relevant claims, etc
• Patient care: triage, registration, book appointments and dispense medications, etc.
• Clinical: chaperoning doctors, taking basic measurement (height, weight, temperature, eyesight, etc), assisting the doctor in bedside procedures if required, etc
• Inventory: monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
• Housekeeping: ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and mandarin. Additional points if able to speak dialect or/and malay
• Flexible to work in different locations sometimes if required (macpherson, yishun)

Salary range:

• Basic $2000 - $2600 depending on working experience +CPF+ AWS + Good medical benefits (Periodic pay increment and retention bonus are expected if good performance);
• over time pay
• Double pay on public holiday
