Job summary

Faircare Family Clinic(Macpherson) in Singapore is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant to cover Macpherson and other branches. The role requires handling general operational tasks, patient registration, dispensing, and basic clinical support.

Willingness to work 44 hours per week with at least two evening sessions and one weekend session, and fluency in English and Chinese are essential. Salary range SGD 2,000–2,600 per month with potential for double pay on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• General: ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
• Administrative: answering phone calls, simple patient data filing
• Cashiering: payment collection, filing for relevant claims, etc
• Patient care: triage, registration, book appointments and dispense medications, etc.
• Clinical: chaperoning doctors, taking basic measurement (height, temperature, eyesight, etc), assisting the doctor in bedside procedures if required, etc
• Inventory: monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
• Housekeeping: ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic

Location: Faircare Family Clinic (Macpherson) S370076. need to cover different branches

Working hour: 44 hours per week (at least 2 evening sessions + 1 weekend session)

Our opening hours:

Weekday: Daytime: 8:30am - 1:00pm; 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Evening: 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

Weekends: 8:30am - 1:00pm (Sat & Sun)

Public Holiday: double pay if open

Job Responsibilities:
