Job summary

HEALTHWERKZ MEDICAL CENTRE (CCK) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a clinic assistant to join its small, friendly team. The role handles patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and phone support, with on-the-job training provided.

The ideal candidate is patient, honest, and careful with money and medicine, with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp). Mandarin/Malay language ability is a plus. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to speak Mandarin, Malay, or a dialect is an advantage.

We're a friendly family clinic looking for a caring, reliable clinic assistant to join our small team. If you're patient with people, honest, careful in your work and keen to learn, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and register them at the counter
• Manage the queue, appointments and phone calls
• Handle payments and simple billing
• Help with dispensing and labelling medicine under the doctor's guidance
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked and tidy
• Reply to patients on WhatsApp and email, and do simple Word and Excel tasks

• Kind, gentle and patient with elderly patients, children and anxious parents
