You will assist doctors, maintain records, handle inquiries, and perform admin duties, contributing to a welcoming patient experience and efficient clinic workflow.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment.
• Preferably with phlebo certificate.
• Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and patient wellbeing.

As a Clinic Assistant at Beacon Health Pte Ltd, you willplay a crucial role in supporting the efficient and seamless operation of ourgeneral practice clinic located in the Bukit Timah. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Scheduling and managing appointments to optimise the clinic's workflow
• Handling claims including TPA,CHAS, third party insurance, etc.
• Managing clinic budgets, billing processes.
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and sanitised
• Assisting doctor with various clinical tasks as needed
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Handling telephone inquiries and addressing patient queries in a professional manner
• Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the clinic
