Beacon Health is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support the smooth operation of our general practice clinic in Bukit Timah, Singapore. This full-time role focuses on patient reception, appointment management, and clinical support to ensure high-quality care.

You will assist doctors, maintain records, handle inquiries, and perform admin duties, contributing to a welcoming patient experience and efficient clinic workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment.
• Preferably with phlebo certificate.
• Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients and creating a welcoming experience.
• Schedule and manage appointments to optimise workflow.
• Handle claims including TPA, CHAS, and third-party insurance.
• Assist doctor with clinical tasks as needed.
• Prepare examination rooms and keep them stocked and sanitised.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Manage phone inquiries professionally.
• Perform general administrative duties to support clinic operations.
