Job summary

Doctor Anywhere Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant to provide operational support across multiple clinics.

You will handle front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, billing and stock control while ensuring clean, compliant clinics and high standards of patient service. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with rotation across Ang Mo Kio, Anchorvale, Bukit Batok, Potong Pasir, Simei, and Taman Jurong clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes weekends and public holidays.
• Clinic opening hours: Weekdays 8:30am–4:00pm, 6:00pm–9:00pm; Weekends/PH 8:30am–12:00pm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.

Responsibilities

• Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
• Error free results entry to CMS system
• Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
• Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours
• Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
• Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
• Able to work in the evening and on weekends according to roster based on clinic opening hours
• Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations

About the role
