Job summary

Doctor Anywhere Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant to provide operational support for the clinics. You will handle front desk tasks, schedule appointments, dispense consumables, and manage payments. The role requires accuracy in CMS data entry and adherence to clinic workflows.

You will assist doctors with examinations, perform stock checks, and ensure a clean, compliant clinic environment across locations such as Simei and Potong Pasir. Some shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of clinic assistant or customer service experience.
• Able to work on rostered shifts including some weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient with computers and CMS system.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection.
• Enter results into the CMS system accurately.
• Responsible for correct billings and invoices; accountable for cash collection.
• Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables.
• Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examinations.
• Ensure clinics are clean and tidy at all times.
• Rotation to different clinics to support operations as needed.
• Attend in-house courses during work hours or after-hours.
• Work evenings and weekends according to clinic rosters.
• Clinic locations: Simei, Potong Pasir.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant who will provide operational support for the clinics.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
• Error free results entry to CMS system
• Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
• Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
• Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours
• Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
• Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
• Able to work in the evening and on weekends according to roster based on clinicoperation hours
• Clinic Locations: Simei
  

*Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*

About you

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
• Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays
• Clinic Opening Hours: Weekdays: 8.30am-4pm, 6pm-9pm; Weekends/PH: 8.30am-12pm - Potong Pasir
  
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer Literacy is required
• Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
