• Processed medical insurance claims and related documentation.
• Scheduled and confirmed patient appointments.
• Conducted monthly inventory stock checks and replenishment.
• Performed end-of-day and month-end account reconciliation.
• Supported daily clinic operations and completed ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
