Job summary

Telum Media is seeking a Client Manager to own our Singapore client base and drive retention and growth across the Group. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring clients realise value from Telum and renew or upgrade where appropriate.

You will onboard new clients, translate Telum's capabilities into objective outcomes, review usage data to spot adoption gaps, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Support to keep client relationships strong and strategic.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management with renewal/upgrade targets.
• Hands-on CRM usage and disciplined account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Data-informed approach to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving in challenging client scenarios.
• Customer-oriented mindset with commercial judgement.
• Creative thinking to pre-empt retention issues and growth opportunities.
• Public speaking and client training experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Singapore clients, drive retention and renewal revenue.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and connect Telum's capabilities to objectives.
• Identify client needs and articulate value of Telum's features.
• Use usage data to spot adoption gaps and growth opportunities.
• Run renewal/upgrade conversations with clear value cases.
• Manage ongoing client training programs to improve product adoption.
• Maintain CRM and client database with up-to-date risks and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Support to resolve issues affecting client retention.
• Mentor junior team members and cover for colleagues when needed.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients across PR industry.
