GR Optimal Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing and Customer Success Manager to lead marketing, business development support and client relationships across Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

You will develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified enquiries, manage the CRM and client onboarding, and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure service excellence and account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management or related field.
• Substantial experience in marketing, customer success, client relationship management, business development support or related function.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across website, content, email, and social channels.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, marketing automation and campaign reporting.
• Strong client-facing skills including onboarding, account management, service reviews and issue resolution.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to support service delivery and meet client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare proposals and client-facing documents.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to interpret campaign and client performance data.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy to generate client enquiries in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM processes from initial enquiry to engagement and renewal.
• Plan and produce marketing materials, proposals, case studies, client communications and campaign content.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns and monitor effectiveness, lead generation and conversion performance.
• Manage marketing automation tools and workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
• Lead client onboarding by clarifying requirements, service scope and performance measures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular service reviews and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with the delivery team in the Philippines to monitor service standards and ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing accounts and expand service scope.
