Job summary

Citco is seeking an Executive Program Manager to lead client integrations, conversions and transformations across fund launches and expansions. The role manages virtual teams and oversees complex programs, with emphasis on client engagement, governance and cross-functional coordination.

The position involves global collaboration with Citco offices and technology groups, delivering strategic initiatives, standardized processes, and MI reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or transformation delivery with governance of complex client-facing initiatives.
• 5+ years of people and resource management experience.
• Experience in financial services or private markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Client/Fund/Launches/Conversions/Transformations.
• Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure workflows meet client needs and capture unique requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to document, agree and complete project scope at planning phases.
• Lead departmental and company-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify issues and recommend company-wide solutions for high-risk projects.
• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent programs.
