Job summary

Citco Group Limited invites applications for a senior Client Integration lead role in Singapore. You will oversee client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects, coordinating virtual teams across departments to deliver seamless onboarding and services delivery changes.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, support RFP processes, and contribute to sales efforts with Citco workflows and best practices. A solid background in finance and asset servicing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of client services within the asset management industry.
• 2+ years of people and resource management experience.
• Strong ownership and accountability of work product.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee client integrations, conversions and strategic projects.
• Manage virtual teams delivering project management for client integrations and services delivery changes.
• Interact with senior management of client organizations.
• Participate in marketing and sales pitches and demonstrate Citco workflows and technologies.
• Assist sales with RFPs and negotiate AA/SLA.
• Involve in NBEC launches and new client onboarding.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure data capture for client reporting and calculations.
• Oversee major SLA changes and strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team.

About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• You will lead/oversee client integrations, conversions and strategic projects.
• Responsible for assisting in the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support. The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding.
• Involved with dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.
• Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies.
• Provide sales with assistance on Request for Proposals (RFP).
• Involved with AA/SLA negotiation.
• Involved with new client launches/conversions and new Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches.
• Assist with on-boarding of Ancillary services.
• Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models.
• Oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team.
• Oversee major SLA changes.
• Involved with process Improvements.
• Manage virtual teams.

Qualifications

About You:

• You will have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of client services within the asset management industry.
• 2+ years of people and resource management experience.
• The ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
