You will manage virtual teams, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with senior management and sales to support NBEC launches and service changes, driving efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; CPA/CFA preferred.
- 4+ years managing projects within asset management or financial services.
- 4+ years of client services experience; 2+ years people/resource management.
- Strong ownership, deadline-driven, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client integrations, conversions and strategic projects.
- Coordinate with virtual teams and stakeholders to deliver on onboarding.
- Support onboarding of new clients and NBEC launches; drive service changes.
- Contribute to data capture for client reporting and calculation models; oversee SLA changes.
- Participate in marketing, pitches and RFPs; assist sales as needed.
