Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is a leading provider of fund administration solutions. The role focuses on leading client integrations, conversions and strategic projects within a dynamic, global team.

You will manage virtual teams, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with senior management and sales to support NBEC launches and service changes, driving efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 4+ years managing projects within asset management or financial services.
• 4+ years of client services experience; 2+ years people/resource management.
• Strong ownership, deadline-driven, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee client integrations, conversions and strategic projects.
• Coordinate with virtual teams and stakeholders to deliver on onboarding.
• Support onboarding of new clients and NBEC launches; drive service changes.
• Contribute to data capture for client reporting and calculation models; oversee SLA changes.
• Participate in marketing, pitches and RFPs; assist sales as needed.
