Dentsu Group Inc. is seeking a Client Partner to lead and grow strategic client partnerships across media, growth and ABM initiatives. You will own senior relationships, shape the growth agenda, and ensure profitability with cross‑functional teams.

Operating with C‑suite and regional leaders, you’ll translate complex business challenges into clear strategic plans, drafts of SOWs, and compelling pitches that drive multi‑market opportunities and long‑term retention.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a Client Partner or senior client leadership role, total 14+ years in account management or strategy in media/integrated agency.
• Proven track record of winning, growing, and retaining large, strategic accounts.
• Strong experience in matrixed and virtual organisations.
• Ownership of measurement and reporting frameworks tied to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead across priority client relationships, shaping marketing, media and growth agendas.
• Own the annual and multi-year account growth plan with opportunities to expand dentsu’s role.
• Draft and design SOW documents for new scopes or projects.
• Manage Client Directors and ensure profitability and delivery quality.
• Provide senior strategic advisory to clients and strengthen long-term advocacy and retention.
