Qualifications

  • Exposure to offline media channels such as OOH, print, television, radio would be advantageous.

  • Able to work in a matrixed regional environment.

  • Coordinate with media partners and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Client Executive to join our dentsu team, supporting a well-established client across Asia Pacific, and Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a solid foundation in media planning and campaign execution across digital and offline channels.

As a Client Executive, you will serve as a key liaison between the client and dentsu teams across the region, working closely with both central and local market teams to ensure effective coordination, seamless campaign delivery, strong performance, and consistent ways of working.

The role offers exposure to a regional client account and the opportunity to develop experience across multiple Asia Pacific and Southeast Asian markets while working alongside an experienced team that will support your growth in client and media leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely, clear, and accurate communication.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and optimisation of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Liaise closely with central and local market teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, deliverables, timelines, and market requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, performance, planning, data & analytics, and other specialist functions to deliver integrated solutions that address client objectives.
  • Support the development of media plans, client presentations, campaign reviews, and other key client-facing materials.
  • Monitor campaign progress and work with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and within agreed budgets.
  • Support campaign reporting by consolidating results, identifying key insights, and contributing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with media partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, local market teams, media partners, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, cross-channel integration, and improvements to campaign delivery and ways of working.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across media plans, reports, presentations, and client communications.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture, supporting effective communication and teamwork across central and local teams.
Requirement:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in media planning, client servicing, account management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within a media agency environment.
  • Experience supporting integrated media campaigns across digital and/or offline channels.
  • Good understanding of the media planning and campaign management process, from briefing and planning through implementation, optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign review.
  • Familiarity with major digital media platforms and ecosystems, such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, or other relevant platforms.
  • Exposure to offline media channels such as OOH, print, television, radio, or cinema would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with regional or multi-market accounts is preferred, particularly where coordination across different markets or teams is required.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data and campaign performance results, with the ability to identify key takeaways and translate them into clear insights.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership, with the ability to follow through on tasks and proactively flag risks or issues when required.
  • Able to work effectively in a matrixed regional environment, collaborating with central teams, local market teams, specialist functions, and external partners.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and client requirements may evolve.
