Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized Campaign & Operations Coordinator to support the execution of customer engagement initiatives and business campaigns. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years in campaign coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, events management, or business support.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of customer engagement and business campaigns across channels and locations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers for smooth delivery of campaign activities.
• Manage logistics, timelines, and operational requirements for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare, track, and administer campaign materials, documentation, and collateral.
• Provide regular updates on campaign progress and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Coordinate user testing, deployment, performance tracking, and reporting activities.
• Monitor milestones and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain campaign records, reports, budgets, quotations, and other admin docs.
• Provide operational support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
