You will coordinate with the lab and internal teams, provide regular updates to clinics, and maintain accurate records to support smooth handovers and professional relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, clinics, customer service or administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond promptly to incoming clinic enquiries and requests as the primary contact
• Communicate clearly and professionally with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand their needs
• Clarify and confirm all necessary information before processing requests to ensure accuracy
