Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore invites you to join our back-office Operations Control team supporting the Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres. You will focus on client performance reporting, data quality management, and reconciliation between core banking and portfolio systems, contributing to risk controls and timely reporting.

In this role you collaborate with internal partners and external providers, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Degree qualified with at least 2 years in Private Banking.
Strong understanding of Client Performance Reporting calculations.
Familiarity with T24 and Triple'A Plus reporting systems.
Detail-oriented with a strong risk and controls mindset.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal partners on client performance enquiries and reports.
Provide reliable business support to front unit.
Support daily reconciliation between core banking and portfolio systems (T24 vs Triple'A Plus).
Assist with new initiatives, process improvements, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk controls.
Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
