Julius Baer Singapore is seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist to process mandatory and voluntary events across global markets, with emphasis on Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres. You will coordinate with internal teams and external sub custodians to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role focuses on reconciling positions, monitoring entitlements, and mitigating operational risk while supporting regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in banking or related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions and Tax.
• Experience with SWIFT MT56x/54x is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, agents & brokers to ensure daily work meets standards.
• Monitor the queries received and provide responses or holding replies within a reasonable timeframe.
• Review daily inward/outward SWIFT messages pertaining to Corporate Actions.
• Process & reconcile positions and entitlements from Corporate Actions related events.
• Monitor confirmation of entitlement and ensure entries posted accurately and timely.
