RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail‑oriented project coordinator to manage assigned accounts, ensure KPI and SLA compliance, coordinate with clients and ground staff from Labrador Park in Singapore, and maintain accurate monthly reports.

This 1‑year contract role requires leading small teams, establishing SOPs, overseeing client billing, and driving incident resolution to restore client confidence, while ensuring smooth daily operations and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned accounts to meet clients KPI and SLAs within the allocated budget
• Liaising with customers and ground staff on operational issues to ensure daily operations runs smoothly
• Primary escalation point for client on account service delivery issues
• Manage small teams of junior staffs to meet clients’ SLAs and KPIs based on approved budget and sizing
• Establish SOPs and drive processes compliance
• Manage clients’ expectations and build relationships thru regular and scheduled engagements to share on monthly progress reports and achievement.
• Responsible for timely, accurate data reporting and client billing for both internal and external parties
• Initiate and drive incident closure with preventive and reactive actions to recover client confidence
• Handle, lead and drive changes below major requests for assigned accounts
