Job summary

You will lead projects, monitor risks, analyze performance data, and present insights to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service quality.

Qualifications

• At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of operations or project management experience in a call centre environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing and resource deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities, and implementing best practices.
• Lead and coordinate departmental projects from planning through execution with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Monitor milestones, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports providing insights into service performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and strengthen partnerships.
• Champion quality, compliance, and customer-centric practices per regulations and standards.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by Senior Management.
