Job summary

MODUSLINK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a professional to coordinate daily client business requirements and ensure service quality. You will collaborate across teams to meet operational needs and drive improvements.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in client account service and order management.

Working days are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm at Ubi Ave 3.

Qualifications

You will coordinate day-to-day client business requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous process improvements that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent and high service levels
• Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries regarding order status, quotations, and shipping information
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability
• Proactively follow up to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements and manage expectations effectively
• Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly and monthly basis

Competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in client account service and order management
• Able to manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships across functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation skills to support client interactions and issue resolutionProficient verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team engagement
• High accuracy and attention to detail when working with large data sets
