Job summary

Working days are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm at Ubi Ave 3.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in client account service and order management.
• Ability to manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily.
• Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries.
• Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
• Proactively resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client operational requirements.
• Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients.
