Job summary

Signarama CBD in Singapore is seeking a proactive role to connect clients with sales, design, production, suppliers, and installation teams. You will convert enquiries into projects while keeping clients confident and operations running smoothly.

You will respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and walk-ins; prepare clear job details; coordinate installation dates; and help grow the customer base through simple outreach and engaging social-media content.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales support, coordination, or administration.
Signage, printing, events, retail, renovation, or construction experience.
Strong spoken and written English (Bilingual).
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and social-media platforms.
Friendly, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
Create engaging social-media content.

Responsibilities

Speak with customers, understand their needs, and follow up on quotations.
Reply to phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and walk-in enquiries.
Reconnect with existing customers through telephone calls.
Help turn enquiries into confirmed signage projects.
Prepare clear job details for design, production, and installation teams.
Coordinate installation dates, site access, deliveries, and customer confirmations.
Lead a short daily morning meeting with production and installation teams.
Keep job records and schedules updated.
Follow up after installation to collect feedback and support repeat business.
Help reach new customers through simple outreach activities.
Create attractive social-media posts about projects and services.
