Job summary

Signarama CBD in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Client Service Executive to connect clients with sales, design, production and installation teams, acting as the central hub for project delivery. You will respond to enquiries, clarify needs, follow up on quotations, and help turn enquiries into confirmed signage projects while keeping records and schedules current.

Mandarin is preferred for client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, coordination, or administration helps.
• Signage, printing, events, retail, renovation, or construction experience gives an advantage.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Mandarin is preferred for client and supplier communication.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and social-media platforms.
• Friendly, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
• An eye for good photos, simple copy, and engaging social-media content.

Responsibilities

• Reply to phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and walk-in enquiries.
• Speak with customers, understand their needs, and follow up on quotations.
• Help turn enquiries into confirmed signage projects.
• Prepare clear job details for design, production, and installation teams.
• Coordinate installation dates, site access, deliveries, and customer confirmations.
• Lead a short daily morning meeting with production and installation teams.
• Keep job records and schedules updated.
• Follow up after installation to collect feedback and support repeat business.
• Help reach new customers through simple outreach activities.
• Create attractive social-media posts about our projects and services.
