Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, complaints and inquiries via phone, email, CRM system and other sources professionally and in a timely manner.
• Provide client information about the services and obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up sales leads and defect lists (if any).
• Arrange new appointments and defects with client and department for site inspection.
• Assist in preparation of quotations for clients.
• Follow up quotations, confirmations and payment status with clients.
• Maintain open communication with clients for unpaid invoices and inform Sales of overdue payments.
• Prepare sale and sale-related reports on a timely basis.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
