Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Client Experience Assistant SEA to support the Client Experience Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences across the SEA market.

You will implement activations, coordinate with boutiques and partners, and manage admin tasks to back Client Experience activities, contributing to cross-functional initiatives within a luxury retail environment.

• First experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Experience Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience in the SEA market.
• Implement Maison client-related activations including guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations.
• Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners for smooth execution and follow-up.
• Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation to support Client Experience activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
