Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore invites a proactive Retail Assistant to support the Retail Performance & Operations Manager across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia). You will help coordinate boutique operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

The role requires first-hand retail experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• First experience in the retail industry is expected.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail operations for boutiques in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia).
• Support Retail Opening projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with Retail Operations and Client Service (After-Sales) projects across the Maison.
• Deploy tools and initiatives in boutiques and provide local assistance to teams.
• Partner with the Retail Operations Manager and BOH teams on operational topics.
• Coordinate planning, ordering, and allocation of PLV, F&B, and printing materials with Regional and boutique teams.
