Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized luxury client experiences across touchpoints, including tailored hospitality, reservations and VIP appointments.
• Support clienteling and business objectives through appointment coordination, data management, gifting and deliveries.
• Coordinate Maison events, salon activations and exhibitions with seamless execution and adherence to standards.
• Manage daily Salon operations, including supplies, inventory, vendors, budgets and requests.
• Represent the Maison professionally and collaborate with Boutique teams and partners.
