Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Client Experience Assistant SEA to support the Client Experience Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences across the SEA market, through activations and in-boutique initiatives.

You will coordinate with boutiques, internal teams and external partners, handle stock movements and vendor tasks, and contribute to cross-functional projects, all with a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• First experience in the retail industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-department and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support roll-out of Client Experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations.
• Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners for smooth execution and follow-up.
• Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
